Can't fault anything about it.

I liked the cleanliness and style of the rooms very much. It was also nice to have a reasonably priced restaurant on site. Most of all, I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! I have a home in Puebla and travel there often and always stay a few nights in Mexico City. I will be back! Thank you!

The room was clean and had comfortable beds. , they offered free bottled water and a restaurant with affordable prices.
The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, and the blankets and towels in the room were old. The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, and it was slow.

I had a great stay! The hotel is well-located, with easy access to transportation. Plus, it's close to everything I wanted to see in this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, I was able to park my car for free, which is always a plus.
Nothing that I didn't like.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the affordable price and comfortable beds. The location was also great, as it was close to many attractions. I appreciated the 24-hour service, which made it convenient for me.
I was disappointed with the lack of towels in the room for the first day. Additionally, the cleaning of the room was not up to my expectations. it was an okay experience, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement.

This hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions and public transportation. the free parking was a bonus. the room had basic amenities and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
The front desk staff was unpleasant and unhelpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful, offering safe 24-hour desk service. The Internet worked fairly well as free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Lobby was a great place to work on computer. Price is low/reasonable for downtown location. Location is excellent!, about 3 blocks away for the Allende Metro station. Belisario Dominguez (street) is quiet for the downtown, no problems with noise at night. Hotel room was well-cleaned with new towels/soap/etc each mid-day.
There were a couple nights when we temporarily lost cold (due to pressure) or hot water (due to over-use by other hotel guests), though lasting only about 2-3 hours and promptly fixed by the hotel. Hotel doesn't have a laundry room for guests, but rather contracts laundry requests to an individual that works for the hotel.

Most of the time we did not have water because apparently there was a problem with the pipe and when we had water it was most of the time cold. Also the internet connection did not work.

Location is good and young guy on reception was very friendly. Nice lobby area and bus to the airport goes by the hotel
Room was booked at €17 per night, when we arrived they charged us €20 per night. They use an incorrect exchange rate. No window in room. Wifi does not reach 3rd floor. Restaurant had no menus out. Bedsheets were stained
